EXPORT GUIDE
Yapped reads the text export of a WhatsApp chat: a .txt file, or a .zip archive that contains it. The easiest way: export one chat, without media files.

Choose “Without media”. Photos and videos are not needed for the statistics or the cards, and the export will be lighter. WhatsApp may produce a plain text file or a .zip archive: drop it as it is, without opening it.

LANGUAGES AND FORMATS
Yapped recognises day/month/year, month/day/year and year/month/day dates, on a 12 or 24-hour clock, in many languages. If a date such as 04/05/2024 could mean two things, it asks which format the phone that made the export uses.
Import one chat at a time, as UTF-8 or UTF-16 text, directly or inside a ZIP. Photos and technical Mac files are ignored. Limits: 32 MiB of text, 100 MiB for the ZIP; export again without media if the file is too big.
HOW IT IS PROCESSED
The details: how Yapped processes your conversation.
Export ready? Open Yapped Drop, drop the file and tap your name: Yappy reads the chat and you open your card pack.
